2.Receiving Past Negative Patterns with the Tammuz/Reuvain movements

3.Connecting to Your Heart

4.Welcome to the Guided Process for the Dimension of Tammuz

5.Releasing the Old Negative Pattern

6.Bringing the New Pattern in with your Right Arm

7.Take 10 steps through the Transformational Hebrew letter ח “Het Gate”

8.Integrate the Lesson Learned and the New Pattern

9.Moving Forward with the Yehuda Movement

10.Prayer for Implementation of the Healthy New Pattern

Before starting this process, prepare a pen and paper near you to use any time throughout the process.

1. We’ll start with pelvic exercises to connect with our lower feminine, shifting our consciousness from left brain cognitive to right brain intuitive as experienced within the body..

Sit on the floor and cross your legs in lotus position. Feel yourself supported by the ground underneath you. Take a nice deep breath into your abdomen and let it out. Allow yourself to relax more and more with each inhale and exhale throughout this entire process. Bringing all consciousness to your pelvic area. Taking another deep breath, noticing how you can relax even more, connecting inwards. Now shift your weight onto your left pelvic bone and then on to your right pelvic bone by moving your hips left and right 7 times. Excellent!!! Now move your hips backwards and forwards in a rocking on your tail bone another seven times feeling how your pelvic area is easily opening. Wonderful!!! Good Job !!! Let’s Combine the two movements and make a shimmy moving from side to side and then back and forth another seven times. Great!!!!

2. Let’s stand up and begin the Tammuz Reuvain movements. Stretch both arms up. As you inhale lean backward and slowly return to a straight position as you exhale. As you do this feel your entire body opening. Focusing all your senses inwards and listening carefully to whatever is coming up. Trusting the divine messages. Repeat this movement as many times necessary to tap into a pattern of thought speech or action which has been weighing you down and you would like to break through? Just relax and open to receive. We are opening up our inner sight. What issue is being presented to me in my life now that reflects the same or a similar one in the past? This is my point of tshuva

3. Now find a small dip in the center line of your chest. Use the middle fingers of both hands to press inwards. Taking another deep breath in as you connect to the wisdom of your heart experiencing the heart opening. Ask: which negative pattern has been holding me back from fulfilling my greatest potential? trusting that what is coming up is a divine message for you.

You can pick up the pen and spontaneously- without thinking- write down on paper whatever came up for you as you were doing this movement.

4. Now take another nice deep breath in, as we are opening to a healthy new pattern. Twist to the left extend left arm and sweep across it with your right arm, saying out loud I now release ___________ (insert pattern you wrote down) this old negative pattern. Come back to center, inhale, extend your right arm, exhale as you sweep across it with your left arm. Let’s repeat this 7 times, releasing ourselves from this old negative pattern more and more each time we repeat this movement until you feel completely released.

5. Now close your eyes. Place your palms facing down on your heart. Extend your right arm outwards from your heart with your palm open. Let’s experience what it could be like to be free from this old negative pattern. Then bring your right arm back to your heart then down to your side. Now bring your left arm to your heart. With your palm facing outwar. push away with your left arm releasing what is left of this negative pattern as you allow yourself to experience an inner shift. Great!!!

6. Now extend your right arm again and follow it in a circle as you twirl around to come back to where you started. As you do this you expand your perceptions of your issue and embrace the perspectives of others involved. Repeat this movement as much as is comfortable and remain open to shifts that are occurring in the inner sight of your soul.

7. Imagine a shimmering gate composed of the Hebrew letter Het ten steps ahead of you knowing that as you step through the gate you are stepping into your fullest potential, and you are fully free of this old negative pattern. Take ten steps forward and feel what it feels like as you step into your new healthy pattern and your fullest potential.

8. Now you can turn around looking back through the gate compassionately at your old pattern, asking yourself what have I gained from this? What have I learned from this? How does this lesson (tikun-rectification) support me in my new healthy pattern? See the past pattern just as a reflection or shadow of the present: Now I commit to a new pattern that helps me in achieving my highest potential. Take another nice deep breath in as you close your eyes. Imagine yourself moving forward 1 day from now, feeling how you feel breathing how you are breathing in 1 day when you are completely clear of this old negative pattern. Define the new healthy pattern which is now supporting you in achieving your fullest potential? How do you now handle the same situations that would have caused you to revert to your old negative pattern in a new and healthy way?

9. Let’s complete this process with the Yehuda movement. Raise your arms and place a crown of light on your head.. Bringing the light of your superconscious down with your arms over your right leg as you step forward saying “I gratefully move forward from this day on with this new healthy pattern.”

10. Let’s place our hands on your heart and offer a prayer of trust “Yehi Ratzon, May it be your Will that guides this healing from now on, implementing this new healthy pattern easily and effortlessly without me even having to think about it. So be it and so it is. Amen.”

AV-Aba

Dear Beautiful Women,

With awe we are approaching Shabbat/Tish B’Av wherein lies such a potential for geula. Perhaps today, erev Shabbat, we can tap into the last of the mourning and look at where and why we so much disconnected from ourselves and Hashem. Atzvut ( sadness ), sourced in the klipah as a result of the grief of loss, heart break, disease, war and suffering are the husks around the fruit of geula that we need to face with raw authenticity. Now we relate to Hashem in all of His wisdom as Aba, father in this month of Av. Although we understand in our more enlightened moments that, as explained in Netivot Shalom,; as a father needs to have his child undergo a painful operation to save his life, so it is with our suffering. As painful as it is for Hashem and us suffering is ultimately for the good.

We do not and cannot always see reality from such a lofty soul level. We cannot always buy this rationale for our suffering. When we mourn we enter into the raw pain like children, crying out to our parents. We don’t see or agree (although we don’t have much say) to the payoff from heartbreak to enlightenment. We acknowledge and cry over our egotisitical shortcomings and G-d willing, this is accepted as our final offerings. But when all is said and done, aba we just have had enough! Ad Masai?? Until when? enough! This method of growth and intimacy with You is no longer working aba!

Let’s trust in Hashem’s parental love for us and gather up the holy chutzpah of children of the king and state our truth and demand mercy. Our Shimon dimension is now being activated to elevate the authentic, justice seeking child within and stand up to aba, plead our cause and be received with love and mercy. May the gate of Shimon be the final portal through which we must pass to the geula this Tish B’Av! May we then be ready to permanently shift into the mature love relationship with our Creator; Ani l’Dodi v dodi li- I am my Beloved’s and my Beloved is to me! No more heartbreak..just a distant memory-“we were like dreamers.”

with gratitude to Hashem and to my beautiful dear friend Nechama Sarah...

4 Av sharing…

I feel sad that I was never heard

I need to feel heard and my inner presence felt from other

I choose to connect to the partzuf Aba

The loving, compassionate caring presence

And choose to peel away all of the shadow sides

The painful side of not being seen or heard in my authenticity

Because in that distance

My heart yearned for closeness

For my Aba, my Creator, who constantly is choosing to give me a my life-force, chius

To be able to hold the paradox

Of being seen and heard

And no longer needing to be seen and heard

On the outside

Because once I am able to hold this paradox

Of not defining in judgment of self

Not caring whether they are seeing my trueness or not

I become One with my Aba

Both my physical Aba and my Aba, my creator

This is the yichud hafachim

Of Leah,

of disassociating with the pain of not being seen or heard

And Rachel of being in touch with my malchut and stance in this body of flesh and blood

Yichud afachim / the oneness of opposites

The sovel hafachim / tolerance of opposites

Of arich anpin

Patiently

Being present with myself

First

Allows me to be present for the other

To be mashpia

Fulfills the emptiness of the neediness to being noticed

So I come to gratitude to my Father in Heaven

and my father in this lifetime, who is being my constant source of

Unconditional, Love, devotion, and consistency

Because that is more than enough to carry me through

This life of nisayonot and disappointments

I am witness to Hashems loving hand in this process of

Diminishment

for the purpose of feeling the feeling

Of growing in feeling

the movement of tikkun

shleimut of my being

And the process of becoming

~Rochel Leah

________

I join the paradox of Being heard and also of being diminished. I yearn that I could be the maspiah of my other. I dream of an intimate relationship with myself. All parts of beingness revealed. I would beam my telescope on my remotest star studed cosmos, and discover hidden planets of shimmering light, conversely, I would dare to enter the blinding dark holes, the not yet revealed light, and peel away the density. I would meet the daunting terrifying plurality of existential rigour. If not for the trusted Shechina presence tracing my steps, I would petrify.
