In our life journey, we encounter a spectrum of experiences. The beauty of meditation lies in discovering serenity even within challenges. Here’s a simple guide:

1️⃣ Relaxation Within Tension: Welcome tension, acknowledge it. Shift focus inward to the relaxation within. Notice the ease seeping into the tension.

2️⃣ Surrender Within Non-Surrender: Accept non-surrender. Identify surrender within it. Observe the struggle soften as you focus on this sensation.

3️⃣ Lightness Within Heaviness: Welcome heaviness. Find the underlying lightness. Watch the heaviness lift as you keep your attention on this lightness.

4️⃣ Happiness Within Unhappiness: Acknowledge unhappiness. Search for an inner feeling of happiness. See the shadow of unhappiness dissipate as you focus on this sense of happiness.

5️⃣ Peace Within Chaos: Accept chaos. Direct attention towards inner peace. Notice the calming of turmoil as you keep your focus on this peace.

This practice is rooted in simplicity and acceptance. By welcoming challenging feelings and opening up to the pleasant sensation within, we allow transformation. As focus shifts, challenging feelings begin to dissolve, replaced by tranquility. Witness these transformations within you.
