18 Elul - 29 Elul

The last 12 days of Elul are parallel to the 12 months & the 12 tribes.

Screen+Shot+2019-08-29+at+1.47.26+AM.png

This is an opportunity for us to review, cultivate and harmonize these 12 inner kochot (special parts) of our soul in preparation for Rosh Hashanah. Each day, Nechama Sarah Burgeman will lead a meditation on the appropriate aiver (part of the body) and cultivate its spiritual function. In this way, we will be prepared with our whole being for the coming year Be”H.

This is the tatzmit of the concentrated 12 day process from 18/ Chai Elul to Rosh Hashana. The entire year is tzimtzumed (condensed) into these 12 days. Its a very intense time to get into the “yud” of the Elul and as we are gestating our new beginning, we have this birds-eye view of the whole process of the 12 Dimensions of Israel that we can cultivate as we are preparing for the new year.

Time to purify our visions with the lights of Chanukah.  Are they fulfilling ego desires or are they merging with the eternal vision of Redemption for all of Creation?

4 Teves-Dan-Ayin-wisdom

How can we bring the ultimate eternal vision of Redemption for the entire world into our reality now?  With wisdom we build vessels to contain Your light.

5 Shevat-Asher-Tzaddik-Spiritual Pleasure

How can we nourish ourselves the best way possible?  Now, like the tzaddikim all of our orfices; eyes, ears, nose and mouth are guarded.  We absorb only that which nurtures our eternal visions.

6 Adar-Naftali-Kuf-Will

When all is said and done Your Will is the deciding factor.  Like the deer of Naftali I gracefully submit to what is, in spite of all of my efforts.  This is a key to true happiness.

7 Nissan-Yehuda-Hei- Faith

With total faith I wear the royal crown. I put my right foot forward and with the roar of a lioness I hear my soul speak its purpose for being in this world. With courage I walk through life with authenticity.

8 Iyar-Yissachar-Vav-Understanding

Listening within, I clarify the discrepancy between who I am now and my greatest potential. I absorb the light of my crown throughout my entire being.   I reclaim full dimensionality now, in this lifetime.

9 Sivan-Zevulun-Zayin-Sincerity

This month we receive the Torah; the choreography of the dance of life.   I discover the exhilirating cosmic rythmn of Your law; a Divine gift of love for the sake of my true freedom.

 10 Tammuz-Reuven-Chet-Awe

I’ve stumbled down this path before and I don’t want to repeat this pattern.  This month you give me the insight and strength to make a better choice. This time I will live the truth of my Divine soul.

11 Av-Shimon-Tes-Humility

With humility  I listen to the inner voices of my immaturity.  I tolerate the cacophony, trusting that the unique melody of my soul will be revealed.  I am ready to rebuild whatever I have destroyed.

12 Elul-Gad Yud-mercy

I re-gather the sparks of my soul that I lost in messy interactions.  Gad within reclaims my borders as I ask for forgiveness and forgive. When we are merciful we are judged with mercy.

Notes

DAY 1 TISHREI
Ephraim • Lamed • Truth • Yesod

Simcha within Seriousness

The 18th of  Elul is the birthday of the Baal Shem Tov zt”l and the Baal HaTanya zt”l .The Besh”t expresses the reason why his soul came down into the world in Elul. Because Elul is an intense and a serious month of teshuva… But we have to do the seriousness B’Simcha.

Teshuva with all the aspects of the 12 dimensions of our soul

We will be learning about doing teshuva with all the aspects of the 12 dimensions of our soul, which are k’neged  (corresponding to )these 12 days. We will focus on the klal (general aspect) of Elul - an intense inner work. It is a preparation for relationship. Crown H-shem on Rosh Hashana, and then progress in our relationship to Yom Kippur and Sukkot. The culmination is about Relationship. The sefirah is YESOD. The chush is Tashmish, which normally means sexual relations, but this word is connected with all relations.

Tishrei is the Tribe of Ephraim, the diplomat

Tishrei corresponds to the tribe of Ephaim ben Yosef, the diplomat within us. He was able to negotiate with other nations while he was ruler over Mitzrayim/ Egypt.

We are in this process of going deeply into our individual teshuva. Rav Yitzchak Ginsburg shlit’a teaches, teshuva is bringing alhamaadot - above or beyond superconsciousness - to tachat maadot - unconscious. This is a process of bringing these two into Daas / Awareness. The more we do our inner work (and we don’t interact with other people on subconscious or unconscious levels), the healthier our relationships are, and the more we bring down into consciousness, into our own Daas, our awareness of the essence of our soul, which is the nekuda of emunah. The more we become expressions of our thoughts, speech and actions of emunah, the healthier we are and the healthier our relationships will be.

The dynamic is shifting and maturing

As we are doing teshuva this month, and we are naturally being interactive with other people in our lives, we can see the dynamics are shifting…  As people are all maturing, we are giving each other SPACE. We see the diplomacy of Ephraim as giving other people space to change - not to lock them into the paradigms that we might have for our selves, society or for them. It’s opening up another portal of possibility for embracing the reality that we are in and that we are sharing.

Entering relationships in a healthy way is developing our own Malchut

We can visualize a crown over our head but before we do that, we want to crown H-shem. The first step of Malchut on Rosh Hashana is to crown H-shem… really shifting our paradigm and healing our paradigm and doing teshuva, wherever we left that piece out. That piece where we defined our reality without realizing that everything is from H-shem and that H-shem is orchestrating everything. So in order to develop our malchut we first have to crown H-shem. This takes alot of bitul (selflessness) and emunah.

Elul is the betulah, virgin

We really first need to visualize ourselves going in to the Yud – our foundation. We are rebirthing our selves. We are going into the fetal position and very slowly coming out as we are approaching Rosh Hashana. Our new self is starting to sprout slowly and it is ready to be a new expression in the world.

The letter Lamed, reaching up

I visualize Ephraim wearing a hat with a big feather on top, which is reminiscent of the letter, Lamed. The lamed is the letter through which the energy of the month of Tishrei is formed. So the reaching up of the Lamed, is the reaching up to H-shem… reaching up to the higher levels.

Think of Atzilut BE in Atzilut

The Baal Shem Tov quotes, “You are where your thoughts are.” Rav Ginsburgh teaches that if you think of Atzilut (A high level of soul), you can BE in Atzilut. What that means is to know the power of our thoughts. There is a poetic license to think about levels that are beyond, and from that thought, to draw down that energy.

Atzilut means nobility

We are bringing down nobility into our actions. On a physical level, the sefira of yesod is between Netzach and Hod.

The pnimius of yesod is emes, truth

When we each have done our indivudual teshuva and have reconnected in a deeper with H-shem, and then we bring this new perception and connection with  H-shem down into this world, into your relationships, then you can negotiate the point of truth between each one of you.

First it takes the individual teshuva, which as much as possible we can bring the unconscious stratas of our psyche and the superconscious stratas as much into consciousness as possible, during these special days of Elul, when H-shem is so available to us to help us do this. And then we bring this into the ineraction.

Do the meditation/ exercise below and crown H-shem, crown yourself, and crown the other person.  B’ezrat H’, with a prayer, we can all make the right tikunim (rectifications) with each other as we elevate our relationships to a more conscious geuladik level

Tishrei Meditation

(You can do this meditation/ exercise with another person or an imaginary person who you might be having a challenge with.)

Reach up
Above, high
Bring down perceptions
of your high thoughts of emunah,
of the higher worlds,
to your imaginative idea of Atzilut.

Bring down that energy
Through your body
into your right leg (netzach)

Step forward with your right leg
This is your statement
of who you are and
where you are holding.

Then sway back on your left leg (hod)
This is where you are giving space
for the other person
to bring THEIR right leg forward.

 Rock forward and back
forward on your right leg (netzach) –
asserting the essence of who you are,
and leaning back on your left leg (hod)
giving space to the other person
Feel the dance.

And then find the middle
Where you meet in the core foundation
Between Netzach and Hod.
That is where
The healthy connection point is.
Feel the place of true connection:
yesod.

Day 3 • Benyamin • Kislev
Samach • aiver: Large Intestines • chush: Vision • sefirah: Netzach

INCUBATING A NEW VISION:

DAY 1 Tishrei / Ephraim, we were getting a sense of where we hold our selves in relation to other people. What we have to metaken in our selves. Relationships are a good way to mirror ourselves for tikun. Where we are holding… What we need to work on…

Day 2, Menasha / Cheshvan, we had a very honest and humbling look at ourselves and our assessment of our reality in Hashem’s majestic world as we try to readjust our crowns.

We are now in a very grounded place - a very good place to be -especially as we enter into the essence of Kislev/ Benyamim / Netzach / Vision / Large Intestines…

Vision
True and rectified vision is a reflection of our sense of being part of a geula consciousness.

As a part of a Klal, we are becoming more aware of the collective neshama of Israel. What are the sights we have ahead of us?
Our visions this year for our selves and on a collective level, we want the Geula. How does each one of us fit into this picture?

What do we need to develop in ourselves to fit in and contribute for Israel and the whole world????

See pic of woman sitting in the midst of the “Samech” circle (on the Kislev poster).  When we went though our honest falls in Day 2 Menasha, we got rid of old icons, ideas, paradigms, stories that were not working for us. That is the purpose of most nefilas/ falls, to clean out. Now, its about LETTING GO (large intestines)- a refinement process.

We get of physical waste on a physical level and on a spiritual level, we are getting rid of any old stale visions, icons, stories, patterns in our head and neshama that need to pass through us, or any desires we had that haven’t yet aligned with H-shems Ratzon.

This is most important to let go of anything we’ve been holding on to. Desires that have not been serving our soul purpose in this world.

Spiritual Colonics

Let a lazer beam of water light travel through your large intestines and clean out, become a cleaning shining vessel to receive a new light thats coming in. Get rid of all the blocks (klippot) of the past.

Samech

H-shem is embracing us with His Or Makif (Encompassing, surrounding Light) surrounding the Samech / Or Pnimi (indwelling light). H-shem is Somech Noflim! סומך נופלימ (He supports the fallen).

As we are in this process of letting go, H-shem is embracing us. Its very important to feel that all day long, from whatever we experienced yesterday, the discomfort, which is very natural… H-shem is picking us up and embracing us even closer. Now he wants us to incubate a new vision.

Day 5 • Asher • Shevat
Tzaddik • aiver: Stomach • chush: Achila • sefirah: Keter Torah

FOCUS OF THE DAY: EATING

The begining of our very human journey started with Chava(our first Imma) eating from the eitz hadas Tov /v'rah.

According to the Arizal, the whole situation with the Eitz haChaim in the garden of Eden was more complex then most of us are familiar with. There was first - a chava rishona-she was a chava elyona connected to very high levels of consciousness. & she is the aspect of Leah. In the kitvei Arizal, Leah & Chava rishona are both refered to in relationship to Chava rishona. Leah being the tikkun of Chava Rishona. (In future classes will go thru that more deeply.)

Chava rishona's source was above in the siporno world of Atzilut & she is the aspect of complete kedusha on this level. But in the lower worlds where she descended in the creation, she came through dinim kashim. This aspect of Leah could not become sweetened. This is the secret of the klippa & the negative aspect of Chava rishona-we often refer to as "Lilly"

The Arizal goes on to say that chava rishona coupled with Adam before chava shniya was even created.

There are many midrashim explaining what this drama was: in this polarity of the feminine from the very beginning of the primordial Gan Eden. Basically there was a drama of jeolousy not only of Chava Rishona but also Chava shniya(our Ima) when she heard Adam calling out in his sleep Lilly's name -that aroused a lot of jealousy . So here Chava our Ima was in the garden of Eden in not such an idealic situation. There was a lot of struggle going on in these two feminine polarities. (& don’t have any source for this but speaking from my intuition) at that moment when she ate, she wasn’t really sure where she stood with Adam. He was not even with her & she was vulnarable to the seduction of the nachash & her eating at that point was from a place of frustration & existential anxiety-it wasn’t from the place of (tzaddik) of just eating for the goodness of her soul for keeping her kli & her light, her guf as it was at that moment event hough it was a body of light- it was at a very high level. but the purpose of eating is to keep the soul & body together-which is life. so just proposing an idea i'm developing that this very first act of misguided eating was from a place of angst & frustration & lack of communication between Adam & Chava & perhaps mistrust of chava for her husband because the command that he gave her which she did not hear straight from H' -added this geder of not touching the tree which was proved not to be true, so there was a lot going on at that first bite of the first fruit of the eitz Hadas. I perceive a lot more layers of this act of eating (which Ii hope to teach in the future)

The point of motivation behind our eating.

Our eating is so important. it is our life-line. it is our preventive medicine . if we eat right we can prevent so many disorders- physical & psychological. Our focus today is to really be aware of whats behind our motivation of why we eat what we eat & one way to connect to a more rectified place of what’s

Behind our motivation to eat whatever we are eating. & one way to connect with a more rectified place of eating is to connect with our stomachs & see how H' is speaking to us specifically thru our stomachs today, cause our bodies are our vessels for receiving messages straight from H'. & really there are so many diets & so many suggestions from the outside everybody is so different we each have our own tikkun & the biggest part of the tikkun is to get in touch with the intuition of our own stomach our own need to have intake so that the letter tzaddik (which is the same word as righteous person) says " a tzaddik eats to satisfy his soul" so are we eating to get the life force to serve H' or are we eating out of emotional frustration? anxiety? anger? avoidance? jealousy? we need to be m'takken from that very first bite that was initiated by that primordial drama that was played out in gan eden. so eating is not only what we're taking in physically but also what we are taking in with our eyes & ears -stimulation from the outside world & we need to do berur -just like we need to do this with our food. (which everything starts with that.) master as much as we can- which food will nurture our higher level of consciousness then we can really use the proper discretion to know what we do we look at at our computer or when we walk down the street or what music do we listen to & be aware of the effects of what everything has on you- what conversations what limud -most important the biggest tikkun of eitz hadaas. tov/vrah is the limud of Torah so what limud is really resonating with your soul or what more & more concepts that your adding to your mind its really important that our limud is really resonating with our soul or massaging our nefesh Elokis arousing it to flourish & guide us in our avodas H' this nourishment of the soul is direct relationship with nurturing our life visions when we are centered & balanced as we listen to H' speaking thru our stomachs we may live our visions in simcha & briut.

Shevat Meditation

trees blossoming...
green leaves sprouting from drak lifeless wood...
something from nothing...

life bursts forth mysteriously
we like the tree bear fruits entirelly new...
plucking off the branches & dry blossoms clearing the way for new creations. ,,

please help our fruit shine forth light to others searching for you...
please give us the strength to not be afraid of light to truly be alive...
all potential pulsating into actual actuality...
the budding trees...the sea..are so beautiful...
perhaps i cry cause they are not forever...

help me to let go & flow with life & to change to grow knowing that there is nothing in this world to hold onto...
except for our search for you...
man is likened & woman is likened to the tree of the field-
so this meditation is connected to the stomach & the stomach is connected to the trunk of our tree..
which is really our individual sefer torah (cause each of us really are a sefer Torah). . .

so breath...
sit straight & envision the "trunk of your tree" sitting erect...
put your hands on your abdomin...
feeling centered as you breathe breath...
all the storms of your life & all the visions that you might have the main thing is to be centered in real life...
feel your feet on the ground...
being your "roots" & imagine which women in tanach are your roots?

who do you identify with the most?
whose rightenousness & actions can guide you the most on your journey thru life which teacheres are guiding you...
& rooting you?...in your life...
in the torah & just see what comes up & receive the message of your roots...
feel your feet on the ground...being very rooted...
moving up towards the trunk...
feeling centered & aware of what you need to nourish your tree of life...
what you need read, learn, eat just getting in touch with that you need to learn

now notice the sunshine above shining on your tree...
thats your vision...
& you want to translate that light into life...
into true life vision...
so just remind yourself of your vision as your centering yourself in your tree of life...
allow yourself to receive the vision H’ wants you to see...
trust your intuition that this is so...
then traveling up to your branches...
your branches are your relationships...
who do you want to reach out too...

who is supporting your visions?
Your tree if life?...
who can you really share these visions with??..
who can nurture your visions...
and who can YOU nurture?...
without bending too far over ?...

the trunk is flexible but not brittle...
(otherwise it would break through storms)
so you want to sway through the winds of life so you can reach out & give...
& reach out to receive...

Now hold the tree metaphor in your mind...
feel the ambrosia of the nectar of life flowing through your tree...
feeling alive...

Day 6 • Adar • Naftali
H’s name: ה-ה-י-ו • chush: laughter • ק • sefirah: Keter Malchus

This is a very feminine dimension. Naftali is the only one who received a blessing with a female animal. “נפתלי אילת שוחר”- “Naftali is a deer sent forth”Alluding to Devorah who was from the tribe of Naftali &...

In the month of Adar we have Megilas Esther which makes it a very famine month. (Esther haMalka/Malchus)

The permutation of H’’s name is hey - hey, the first two letters of this permutation are feminine letters .

So it’s a very receptive type of energy of receiving. Receiving signals straight from H’. From the level of ratzon

Also being open to be able to receive signals from each other.

It’s a very psychic dimension. Tuning into another level of connection as opposed to the next dimension (which is Yehudah- which is very self-assertive & much more individual & grounded.)This dimension is connective ness . Connecting to H’-His will.

Naftoli’s Nachala is in the North in Meiron near Tzfas where many of the great Tzaddikim are buried. & when we go to Daven at their keverim, we come to a place of receptivety. Really receiving hashpah from their neshamos. & in their zechus of course Davening to H’-but being able to

receive messages from heir neshamos. Connecting to this dimension really helps us receive their teachings. Also in this dimension, we are able to be open to receive advise from the Tzaddikim. Living & those who are in the Olam haEmes. Especially coming from an “Eisav culture” where we have exaggerated independence. Thinking things can only be done with our own efforts (that seeps to into our sub-conscious) but to open up to receiving what the Tzaddikim can give to us is what this dimension is all about.

Each dimension opens up to a different gate of prayer

One prayer is about asking H’ for the correct Shelichim the right people to give you healing to give your advise. There are Tzaddikim to connect with your neshama.

So while I was preparing to write this dimension many years ago. I would go hiking, actually running-trying to run like a deer in the woods. Near the Jerusalem forest at the time. Then I would take trips up North & really just getting into that deer energy. Submitting the movement of my limbs to a higher order. & doing things effortlessly. It reflects the idea of z’rizus. To do mitzvos with z’rizus/Being open to changing your direction in a sec. That’s really Naftoli energy-to be open to doing something beyond what you had planned in your own mind. But this does not mean being random. But being connected above & willing to do what messages you’re getting straight from H’ to follow those instructions. Again all the dimension are in balance with one another. If we’re too much in one dimension we aren’t balanced

But everyone at different times in their life needs to be able to humble themselves to receiving instruction, & following them.

We have to know when to go with it or not. That’s the “Naftoli” In us.

Amalek is a big psychic force that we need to overcome in order to cultivate this dimension properly.

We know Amalek is the same gematria as safek. So this is the time to really allow ourselves the time to fight any force that causes us to question our direction. (As I quote from my book- “The Twelve Dimentions “

“Today Amalek is the psychic force that causes us to question our direction, doubt our purpose, to hesitate to slip & fall. The more we are able to detail & identify our personal Amalek the faster we can sharpen our flight instincts & free ourselves of those convoluted thoughts which prevent us from joyously running in tune with Divine will”

As we are approaching the time of Geula we will be experiencing more Hashgacha Pratis & psychic connection among ourselves, like one of the Naftoli prayers -“I pray that the person I turn to for guidance will be a true messenger of your will. Please help me prepare myself to give your light to another. Allow me to Ask the right questions. Help me to clarify which facts are important to reveal. Only you know the infinite complexities of my struggles. Please shine through confidence so I can be a vessel for your will. Dancing through the pulsations of your heart. On the path that will bring me to true light without hurting another.

Sefirah of Keter Malchus & the Letter ק.

This is the one letter that goes below the ground & keter Malchus is the higher sefiros of Keter & the lowest Malchut.

Durring Adar we read the parshiot of all the different details of the Mishkan & we learn from this, that H’ is really in every detail. This is one thing we can be aware of.

Especially in today’s meditation, of how, nothing is stam. & the more we sharpen that awareness the more we can see H’’s Malchut in this world. & the more we connect with H’a ratzon, & knowing that in spite of all our efforts, our visions & how we implant them & try execute them & nourish them -As we did through the last three dimentions .Ultimately, H’s Will is going to manifest & that can bring us to true laughter. & We can laugh at ourselves. Yes we are procreators with H’ -at the same time, the pardox of ultimately whatever is supposed to happen, will happen. We have to embrace the paradise of life . That our efforts do count & they are important. & our choices are important & we are responsible for our choices & on the other hand there is mamush Hashgacha Pratis & when we submit ourselves to that paradox we are brought to real Simcha.

Adar Meditation

Please heal me through the wisdom of Naftali...

Prancing through the woods...

Allow my limbs to move without thought or determination...

Let me be a graceful vessel of movement...

An expression of your will...

Tired I lay down to rest...

turn on my side...

Fall fast asleep...

This moment, the woods are my home & I trust my keeper...

Just allow yourself for float around the room...

Gracefully like a deer...

& just totally letting go...

& knowing ultimately that it’s only H’’a will that is going to shine forth...& that you make this dance of prayer-of your will merging with H’’s Will & ultimetly just trusting & giving up any hopes expectations & visions & just being able to laugh at yourself - the part of you who wanted to control what you thought was best for you...

Need to laugh at what was accomplished & just see the Simcha of Chaim.

Disappointments...

The expectations of being in filled ...

& just dance like the deer...

Move freely, flexibly...

& accepting all that H’ wants for us....

Day 7 • Nisan • Yehuda, the tribe of Kings & Queens
H’s name: י-ה-ו-ה • chush:speech • ה • aiver: right leg • sefirah: Keter Kahuna • Experience: emunah

Yehuda was blessed with the majestic strength of the Lion/Lioness.

We can bring our femininity to full strength with the roaring lioness. As we cultivate this dimension of our soul. We are now arousing the Roaring Lioness, who is making her claim to the Royal Sovereignty and asserting her mastery over her spiritual, psychic, emotional and physical territory. In this dimension we take a stance and reclaim our position in this world. An enduring victory stance must be rooted in our highest levels of consciousness. The Sefira of this dimension reflects this.

Keter Kahuna/Crown of Priesthood.

We are a Mamlachat Kohanim, a nation of priests. What does that mean? By drawing from this level of consciousness within, our soul becomes freed from any ulterior motives, which may be attached ego gratification. As we cultivate the Yehuda Dimension of our Soul, our personal decisions harmonize with an eternal morality reflecting Divine Order

Any personal gratifications we may receive in our actions and decisions such as honor, recognition, acceptance, and or wealth should be tempered by our ability to sacrifice these byproducts. When and if our commitment to our internal ideals is threatened. So, through this dimension we really cultivate our source meaning and purpose for being in this world.

We may ask ourselves:
Who do we really want to be?
What do we really believe?
What do we want to become?
Do we want to emanate the deepest places in our soul that are connected to the cosmic truth of the eternal morals that are intrinsic to our beliefs and with HKB”H?

Through our own initiatives, we may cultivate our Yehuda Dimension. Through prayer, meditation, Mitzvot, and especially acts of kindness. When we make our own efforts, this prevents destructive challenges, which cause setbacks and human suffering. Either way we are going to come to our Malchut. And if we work hard from within, we can come to our Malchut in peace.

Keter is the true source of our integrity.

When we are successful in bringing this integrity into the details of our life, the reward is infinite joy and serenity, that positively influences the world. So, the first step in cultivating this dimension is developing the sense of humility.

Humility is refinement of character, which depends on one’s ability to believe in an order that transcends one’s limitations of understanding and control. When we meditate on Hashem and his greatness and our smallness in relationship to His infinite light, we develop a sense of humility. When we were in exile, we had to suffer humiliation instead of humility being developed from within. In such a way pure humble majesty, refined by these higher levels of consciousness, replace coarseness, false pride, and egotism. Which is merely a distorted self-perception. Only when we connect to the Source of our Soul, can we become living expressions of eternal values. And only then can we claim a majestic stance in this world. Humanism claims a morality, however when personal integrity is not rooted in Keter, which transcends the life span of any individual, then one is more vulnerable to the dictates of time and circumstance. So, one might run the risk of sacrificing principles for a self-preservation whose definition has not been refined.

We are shifting our identity to our eternal collective Soul.

And only then can we have our eternal victory and make our majestic stance in the world. Cultivating a positive humility, requires a tremendous leap of faith which we are able to transcend the point of humiliation, thereby we can believe that beyond the apparent chaos of events in our life, there is a Divine Order.

Healing comes when we perceive the crises in our lives were precisely the point to which we were open to receiving the light of Keter. So, our ability to see the purpose of our suffering as being for our ultimate good strengthens the Yehuda within us. If our humiliation is not elevated, it will turn into anger, depression, or running away from who we really are on the deepest level, thus we forfeit our claim to our inheritance.

Noble majestic living is forever being challenged by our finite needs and emotions. It is important to be honest with our true level while maintaining our visions of the ideal. The sounds of our existential heartbeat reverberating throughout the infinite tunnels of our Soul cry out for life and eternal meaning. The Lion’s roar. The prayer of Yehuda.

The right leg controls a sense of speech.

When we are conscious of making moves with our right leg, and we have exercises for that, we open up the speech of our Soul. This requires listening inside.
