Note from April 2020 / Nissan 5780
(Beginning of bidud/quarantine)

As we progress more deeply into the phenomena of our bidud and as the restrictions imposed from outside are intensifying we are being squeezed to go deeper. Hopefully we are going through a process of birur; which Torahs are speaking to us and giving us chizuk, which connections are healthy for us, how are we best spending this precious time? It is clear that Hashem wants us to go deeper and deeper inside as we intensify our intimate relationship with Hashem, each one of us in our own heder hayichud -our holy of holies in our Beit ha Mikdash katan. I think there is a clall restlessness of wanting to hear the voice of the Moshiach; the redeeming Torah that will free us all especially from our present reality in haolom hazeh.

How can we hear this true voice?

Every one of us needs to delve deeply and stir the Yechida level of the soul where are individual spark of the Moshiach rests, waiting to be heard. The more we goo deeper inside the more possible it is is to hear that voice. First we must do the birur of outward stimulis and minimize what we take in. My dear friend Lillian Ritchie wrote one of several books callled "Answers from Above". She encourages each one of us to write a question to Hashem and then stop and listen for the answer. It will come to you. Hashem is so close especially now but we need to be the cli to receive this intimacy. I'm sure for many of us answers cn come spontaneously in prayer.

The point is to trust and cultivate this
Yechida level.

This is also in preparation for the Seder during which at at least one point there is a breakthrough of clarity.

Geula is a continuous process of this communication and clarity.

I encourage you and for us to encourage each other to tap into this process and listen to your spark of Moshiach. We were gifted with the Torah and its deepest secrets. The taclit of Yetziat Mitzrayim culminates in Shavuot-Matan Torah. We want to prepare for the Torah of Moshiach and Hashem gave us the perfect situation to begin revealing our spark of Moshiach. We must allow oursleves the quiet space, make the proper gevulim to go inside-deeper and deeper and listen. Lots of Love...and Blessings...Stay healthy! Take supplements, Oregan oil and drink alot of hot beverages. Follow precautions--Hashem hu Elokim

DAY 5 Hod SheB’Chesed
הוד שב׳ חסד

Hod is a submissive, receiving midda of the soul where we can receive the highest light, the deepest Torah… nevua. The ability to receive with the right boundaries.

Hod is from the lashon Hoda’a. How does this fit in with building our vessel. To become the most refined and expressive vessels of loving kindness; chesed / ahava. We can focus on ability to receive goodness and give thanks for goodness. Especially in relationships (Depending on our inner work, there could be a tendency from unresolved parts of our being that find it difficult), that acknowledges and give thanks.

It’s important in our relationship to H’ and each other, to give thanks for bestowing good words and actions. and integrate it into our sense of self. May we build our vessel by receiving light and loving-kindness and integrate it within our selves to be able to give from shleimut, that stable place of inner harmony, and not from the state of imbalance or neediness.

DAY 11 Hod She B'Gevura

Defining the Light that we Tapped on Pesach.

On Pesach we each received a light, a new level of birthing our soul. We need to redefine the keilim that are going to express that new light.

So when we get to Netzach and Hod b'Gevura, we are dealing with strengthening ourselves to become that new form that is expressing that new light. Its a challenging process because we are normally defined by those around us and reflect what they are familiar with...

And when you come to a different level of your soul, so you have to readjust your relationships. It takes a lot of strength and courage to not fall back in to being a reflection of a previous expression of yourself which was not as mature or not as developed as who you are now.

So when you get to Netzach and Hod, we are coming to a new self-assertion and a new level of acknowledgement of our strength . We need to have the strength to form ourselves within this world with a new light.

This is a real struggle and ultimately, a struggle for survival because we cant live and thrive without bringing down into expression, the deeper level of our soul. In order to do that, we have to be strong and have the courage to allow ourselves to become a new form defining the light that we tapped on Pesach.

Yesod sh b'Tiferet

Yesod is the sefirah of the brit: Hashem I trust so deeply in our relationship that even when I feel such deep loss and suffering -I believe completey thatthese pangs are a klipah under which is hidden such a radiance of beauty. I trust and wait for Your revelation. In the meantime I feel Your embrace through this dark pain.

Translating the light from Pesach into a clear affirmation.

Day 21 Malchut sh b Tiferet

AFFIRMATION:

WE ARE IN THE PROCESS OF GEULA

Especially in the times we are in

Our Daas is the ikor of mitzraim

If we have a chesron haDass

That’s the exile

We are partners in creation with H’

So if we start with this positive affirmation - Access Our Daas - from the light that H’ gave us at the Seder...

We create reality with H’

Start with this positive affirmation

If we focus on negativity

Doomsday and conspiracy theories...

We are going to give energy to that negativity. Chas”vsh

It is really important

As we are counting the Omer

That we have a positive reference point:

WE ARE IN THE PROCESS OF GEULA.

Not to be off balance

But to be CLEAR

About the positive future

Whether it’s on a klal level or on a prat level

So when we put out right foot forward with the aiver if Nissan

And put our crown on our heads

THIS Is our reference POINT!

👸🏻

We are going forward into the geula.

All of the sefirot are supporting this statement

And are different manifestations in the details in our lives

Malchut sheBTiferet:

MALCHUT ^TIFERET ^KETER are in the middle line of the sefirot.

We can align

Especially today

In our deepest beliefs

Which is Keter

WE ARE IN THE PROCESS OF GEULA.

Tiferet balances and harmony this truth

And Bringing that belief to our truth system

Malchut: how are we VERBALLY EXPRESSING THIS ALIGNMENT.

observe your prayers

Express what we have come to integrate and believe

STAY ON TRACK WITH THE POSITIVE LIGHT ✨

There’s so much

Klippa and tumah

With this VIRUS OF THE CROWN

we are bringing true light down

“H’ please guide me in the geula process”

I bless us that all of our speech today is expressing this alignment of the positive aspect of what H’ is helping us grasp in the challenge we are in.

AS SOON AS WE GET THE MESSAGE

ITS GOING TO GO AWAY

Share the message with our speech /

malchut sh bTiferet👑

Day 24 Sefirat HaOmer- Tiferet sh b Netzach

In spite of all of our fears and anxieities that normally accompany change and forward movement into the unknown we are integrating the new light from ceter into our very essence; the torso of our being;tiferet, With harmony and balance we assert ourselves; netzach (the right leg), step forward in our personal process of geula. We are clear about the most essential part of our becoming which cannot be compromised and trust that our integrity will yield wonderful results.

Day 31 Gevorah sh b’hod

Although prophecy does not exist we all are capable of levels of ruach hakodesh. We are constantly receiving intuitive messages/visions from Hashem. We must discern which messages support the collective process of our redemption and which are mingled with tuma. We work together strengthening our kidneys to dispel physical and spiritual toxins.

Tiferet sh b’hod

I’m receiving/experiencing a vision of my soul in the form of a beautiful, kaleidoscopic multi- colored shining light which obliterates all of my shadows .As I acknowledge this light I strengthen my capacity for love and forgiveness. The shadows of jealousy, self- comparison, self- doubt, fears, all negativity dissipate as I experience the glory of my neshama. When we transition …

32 Netzach sh b hod

I acknowledge and am grateful (hod) that we are the process of bringing eternity (netzach) into this world. With integrity and determination our yearning for truth is breaking through all of the klipot (shells) of suffering, disease and war. All of our machlokuses (arguments for the sake of heaven-for revealing truth) are based on love, respect and creating space for another’s perspective. A new order, the geula shlema is emerging- victorious over all obstacles. I am ecstatic to be one with this process.

Day 34 Yesod sh b hod

Yesod is the connecting sefirah which funnels all of the rectified lights from the higher sefirot and focuses this renenwed energy into relationship. This is the week of hod; acknowledgement, gratitude for the blessings of life and the life giving light of pinimius Torah. The yesod relationship we are focusing first on is our relationship with our Creator. Next week of yesod will be more focused on our relationship with people, Therefore yesod sh b hod is rectifying our brit with ha Kodesh Baruch hu. Our relationship with Hashem deepens with the receiving of the pnimius Torah on Lag Bomer. We are grateful for the deep secrets of how we are so intricately one with Hashem. We are gifted with the secrets of the seder hishtalshalut-how HaKodush baruch hu tzimtzum’s His ohr ain sof through an intricate matrix of partzufim (clusters of sefirot which express different aspects of Divine consciousness) and re creates us and our world yaish m ayin-something from nothing every moment. We experience ourselves each as a Divine piece of the glorious puzzle of life. If we meditate on the awesomeness of these teachings and tune into the pulsation of life that we are so intricately in partnership with Hashem we can rectify yesod sh b hod and experience a simcahs Chaiim that is bound to tip the scales!

Day 35 Malchut sh b Hod

Let’s first review. Our reference point for rectifying all of the powers of the soul these 7 weeks is sourced in Pesach. Our Ceter belief and awareness is “we are in the process of geula.” Every one of us can personalize that statement according to what one’s private geula means now. This was our Yehuda right foot statement and now we are realigning all of our midot with this truth.

Yesterday Yesod sh b hod we strengthened our brit with Hashem as we tuned into the healing awareness that Hashem is creating anew every second the entire creation including ourselves. Now we are in malchut sh b hod. Malchut is the lowest receptive sefirah that makes a zivug with yesod and gives birth to the revelation and expression of our soul in this worl…

Chesed sh b Yesod

The pinimus experience of chesed is ahava. In every relationship there are times when one must nullify his/her own needs and desires and enter into the needs of another. This requires bitul and self restraint. Yesod is the foundational sefirah of relationship. Yesod’s pinimius avodah is emet. When two people are honestly and truly on the same page/path in life then chesed/ahava flows. Otherwise, hasvashalom one may fall into an abusive situation. To rectify today’s sefirat ha omer we must be truthful to ourselves and express that truth to another as we maintain sensitivity to the other’s needs. As we synchronize our life’s avodah we can share love and create a larger entity than our individual selves as we cultivate the consciousness of our collective neshama.

Day 38 Tiferet sh b yesod

I think it's important to remember that these are very intense days because we are growing -we are expanding our vessels to express more light into this world. It is not always an easy process. Day 37 gevurah sh b yesod as we are expanding our capacity to give space to and embrace another's light we need to maintain our boundaries and the integrity of our own truth. So as we relate to each other and give each other space with love and kindness this triggers the possibility for us to discover and mine deeper levels of our own truth.

Day 47 Sefirat Hod sh b malchut

Malchut is the sefirah through which we rectify our speech. Yesterday (netzach sh b malchut) we asserted our truth in a direct manner, expressing our stance in this world. Today hod sh b malchut we receive another’s assertation, take time to listen, absorb and respond appropriately. The appropriate response does not compromise our truth but acknowledges, respects and gives space to the other’s expression. “If you would speak to him and speak his words, then certainly he would hear.” The Lubavitcher Rebbe. This is the key to communication and negotiation.

Day 48 Sefirat Yesod sh b malchut

Malchut is the sefirah through which we rectify our speech. Yesterday (netzach sh bMalchut) we asserted our truth in a direct manner, expressing our stance in this world.

The light that Hashem bestowed upon us on Pesach we defined as “We are in the process of Geula.”. This has been our reference point. Each one of us is connected to the clall and as microcosms of the clall we each have our unique expression of this intention in our lives. For the past seven weeks we have been integrating this lofty intention into the details of our personality for the purpose of rectifying our nefesh ha behema (animal soul) whose ratzonot (wills and desires) and intentions are self- oriented.

In the final hours we are working with the lower sefirot NHY (netzach hod and yesod) which are the most interactive with this world and eac…

Day 49 Sefirat Malchut sh b Malchut

We have arrived to the last day of Sefirot haOmer. After all of our inner struggles to refine our nefesh habehamas , now we see clearly the reality we live in within our dalet amos and as an intricate cell within the Bria. The pinimius avodah of malchut is shiflut—shiflut sh b shiflut. In spite of all the thoughts and feeling we have had within our koach ha dimion (the power of our imagination), it is important to see what really is and to humbly accept the awesome truth and gift of life on its own terms. We maintain a steady dialogue with our Creator as we humbly accept the Divine Providence of our lives. Pay attention to every moment as an opportunity to speak with Hashem rather than to get lost in our own projections and dimion. As we yearn for the complete revelation of the geula our vision and imagination is important. However, we cannot fully proceed forward until we accept that the tikunim we are faced with in all of our relationships are Divinely planned for our spiritual growth and our mature responses have positive reprecussions throughout the Bria! When it appears that there is no progress or change we must lovingly accept each other’s blind spots. This allows us to grow and give space as we patiently await Hashem to switch on the light and illuminate the remaining shadows. Chag Sameach!

May we tap deeply into simchas Chaim and receive the Torah of Moshiach!

Continuing after Shavuos

I trust that everyone had an amazing Shavuos. I'm preparing a series of weekly classes on “Receiving the Feminine Torah”. There will be more information soon. In the meantime I want to keep touching base so that we can travel together through the Paradigm of our Hebrew calendar. This month of Sivan we are made more aware how Hashem sends us messages through our left leg which controls the chush (sense) of going movement which the left leg propels. Over the last fifty days during which we were integrating Hashem’s new light in preparation for receiving a new level of the Torah; the choreography of the dance of life, we are ready to move forward in this world. I just had personal experience of churning something inside not sure how to go forward and I decided to take a walk. The movement of walking just opened up the perceptions I needed to know what my next step is.. Remember the feminine Torah is not confined to the Head /the mind. We have to move and experience our entire bodies. So let's keep moving and opening ourselves to the messages that Hashem wants to send us through the entirety of the gift of life. May we all stay heathy.

___

Generally speaking the tribes masculine; named after the twelve sons of Yaakov, Tachel, Leah Zilpa and Bilha. Every person has both masculine and feminine within so as we tap into and identify with the tribes we need to find our own feminine expression. For instance this month is the month of Sivan, the tribe of Zevulun and the letter Zayin which actually means a weapon The chush- sense as we talked about yesterday is hiluk going out into the world. There are two ways of going - you can move and go deeper into your soul and you also need to move and go out like Zevulun who did Commerce with other nations to go out and do business out there.

Every time we go out and into the outside world especially these days there's an element of battle. We need to choose our battles. Right now there's a lot of rioting in America people are concerned about and the battle is about Justice. There are many ways to fight, many different causes. It’s's really important that we know what calls us most deeply and where we can use our cochot to successfully contribute to the Battle of light over darkness in every inyun. As women on a general level learning pinimius Torah is what strengthens and realligns the feminine imbalance the world. We need to trust the metaphysical reality and strength of our limud and our prayers. also we have the power of speech of writing and different ways to join the battle that is most shiyak to our feminine soul as we express our tribal strengths in our efforts in the present process of Geula.

___

I was thinking about how we just went through a detailed sefirot ha omer It's important not just to leave that behind but to draw from what we've learned as we proceed through the calendar. Now we're in the month of Sivan and the tribe of Zevulun and the aiver is the left leg and the sefirah is hod. Throughout the month we can maintain and strengthen this state of gratitude acknowledging that Hashem gave us the Torah. The feminine Torah is especially about how we move with our bodies and listen to the messages. The left leg propels us through life with tamimut. Sometimes we just have to listen to the left leg and even though our heads might be telling us to go somewhere else we need to trust the messages in our body. We learn from Leah Imenu that although it was not proper for her to go out from her tent towards Yaakov she was propelled by a higher motivation. The result was the birth of Yissachar the Torah scholar and then his financial partner, Zevulun. Our Torah guides us and for every clall there is a yotzi min haclall. We need to tune in more deeply when we are called upon to live with exceptions. Leah’s going out brought forth the tribe of Yissachar and set the spiritual background for Zevulun to navigate this world with integrity as he inspired the nations he did commerce with to travel to Jerusalem and learn about the Torah that he was living. May all of our goings be an opportunity to inspire others we meet in this world as we draw from the binah of Leah and draw it down through our left leg as we step into our gratitude for life and movement.

Love & Blessings,

Nechama Sarah
