To bring in Shabbos early.
Every woman can do this. There is no such thing that a woman says that cannot do this. Because every week Shabbos comes in at a different time.
Sometimes it is at 16:00, at 17:00, at 18:00, at 19:00. Everyone is always last minute. Therefore, it is not that it is not possible – it is only psychological. Each person should take upon themselves to try and do the work early. To prepare for Shabbos early – already on Sunday and then to bring in Shabbos 10 minutes early and then in these ten minutes to daven.
DAVEN MINCHA BEFORE LIGHTING
When one brings in Shabbos, one has to have already davened mincha, because Friday mincha, is a weekday tefilla. Therefore, after one brings in Shabbos and lights candles, one cannot daven mincha. Therefore, on Friday one must daven mincha early.
The Friday Mincha is the most important tefilla out of all the tefiilos of the whole week.
And therefore, it's important to daven early – it is a shame to miss it – miss 5 minutes (of your day) for the most important tefilla. So, especially on Friday, daven Mincha early. It's always important to daven Mincha and Maariv early, but especially so on a Friday.

Every Friday as we are about to light the candles
we have to remember Bo’i Kallah
Kallah has not only the meaning of a bride
But also it means to consume

A Reminder... when we light the shabbos candles
we can shake off the dust of the past week
Realize that Hashem burns and consumes
all the negativity of the world
and allows that world to arise...
and be elevated to the highest of elevations
that our mind can’t even comprehend
