Redefining Our Language
Our souls
are journeying
Again
Together...
Breath
In this meditation,
WE will entrain / train our sense of hearing to
listen deeply
with the externals chitioniot kolot / sirens booms / erratic noise
with our
breath as our
inhale and exhale reverberate in our whole body
the melody
is the breath itself.
“It takes hope and emunah to face the true state of the world while maintaining inner joy.
Yet we can do so by drawing on this truth—
that we are already existing in our ultimate perfection in the Ein Sof.All the spoiling and separation that we experience in Matzav 2 (this world of tikkun)
must exist, because without it we cannot arrive at Matzav 3 (the perfected state) in actual practice.
A person can only correct that which is within them.
Therefore, the existence of ra רע (separation / parts / migrants) is necessary within us.– From Tapestry for the Soul, Yedida Cohen pg. 87
Thus—even in our present state, in this world,
with all the tov and the ra (the Eitz HaDa'at Tov v’Ra)
we say:
אשרי העם שככה לו
Breath.
From our safe rooms
we say Tehillim.
and move between ratzo v’shav—
run and return.
A movement
Activated by the tension,
by the positive anxiety—
the adrenaline rises,
ready to roar,
to move,
to meet the next moment.
The kolot—
the rumbling of missiles
surrounding this fragile stillness.
And yet—
I surrender to calm.
The anxiety—
ever so positive—
melts.
only because
Ribono shel Olam,
the Master of the World,
is doing it for me.
I feel the oneg
of making this choice.
Not because of my strength.
Not because of my work.
But because only He
can give me
this strength.
The lioness rising—
is the Shechina within.
Rising,
ascending to her crown—
Keter.
Breath.
I receive the gift
of foresight.
I tap into Ruach HaKodesh.
I say to myself:
I didn’t choose the suffering.
But as I look back—
I see how the suffering,
the running and returning,
inside this safe room,
was essential.
Ashrei haAm she’kacha lo.
I meet myself—
with compassion.
I stop.
I notice the migrant parts within me.
Inhale. Exhale.
Amalek. Haman. Hamas. i-Ran.
The parts inside
that seek to erase my malchut.
I recognize the Ra.
Hakarat HaRa.
I notice the discomfort.
And I hold the paradox:
It came to bring doubt.
It came to bring despair.
But I can still choose
inner simcha.
Inhale.
I-run.
Drawing in neshima—
lifeforce—
deep into my bones.
Exhale.
I release the hevlei d’garma—
the breath of my bones—
out into the shared air
of this fragile biosphere.
My body awakens:
Neh’i — Netzach / Hod / Yesod.
Energized with chashmal.
Rocking gently, like a tennis pro—
ready to meet the next serve
from Iranian missile launchers.
Forehand or backhand?
I am humbled.
I sit with the koach of
Esther HaMalka.
Her essence fills my cells.
I feel Rachel
on the night of her wedding,
trembling under Leah’s bed.
I feel Leah
beneath the chuppah,
trembling with the fear
of being an imposter
I feel her.
I cleave to You,
Hashem,
in the murkiness of not knowing and doubt.
Im ani avadeti, avadeti.
If I am lost, I am lost.
And I contemplate:
“What would it mean
to leave this world
with nothing left unoffered?”

Breath.
Pause.
More kedusha enters.
I feel the nochachut—the presence.
I am here.
Fully here.
Present with the soldiers.
With the hostages.
With Am Yisrael.
I choose, in this moment,
to rise—
to do a mitzvah.
By means of Hakarat HaRa—
I recognize the brokenness,
the separation
that exists in this soul’s gilgul,
this iteration of self,
custom-designed
for my work.

So it has to be.
Right now.
Exactly this.
Help me, Hashem,
to hold compassion
for all the parts—
of myself,

How are we rise like a lioness, through our speech, our peh פה, our malchut?
How do we re-define Replacement Theory…
in this chapter called “Transitioning from darkness to light”?
Not as erasure, but as fulfillment from within.
Not as theology imposed from outside,
but as conscious work:
HaKarat HaRa.
הַכָּרַת הרע
naming our enemy
naming our darkside
no shame / blame
Deeply seeing the shadow clearly
in order to replace it—
to birth our new language—
שפת גאולה.
Our Geula language
A language for this moment.
A language that re-names the fear,
to Yira / awe
awe of Hashem
the Borei haOlam Creator and Orchestrator of the the world
and then rewrites it the yira /awesomeness
in the ink of
the rishimu / impression
we’ve now discoved
drip by drip
within our reach
ruach, nefesh and
hevlei dgarma (breath of our bones)
Using all our current tools and techniques of healing
No part left behind!
Calling out to our defenders.
And to the voices of galut—from the nations
and to the Erev Rav within our psyche
Those who resist this migration
from fear to awe
from diminishment to crown
carry the deepest migrant coding.
Migrant parts that have traveled with us
since Gan Eden…
Nachash. Paroh. Bilaam.
(I call out even Pilgrim migrants from my own childhood in MA)
These movements stirring in our soul
have been divinely implanted—
transmitted from our mother-lands (countries of birth)
Many of their adherents
still move in those same foreign thought currents.
Just tune into one of their news channels—
you’ll hear the programming.
You’ll feel the thoughtstreams.
But we are no longer passive receivers.
We have emerged from parshat Shelach.

Morning spent in the Safe (womb) room
WE are the activators now!
In this chapter of Tikkun cheit haMeraglim—
the sin of the spies.
We name what we’re replacing:
"immigrant thoughts"— whatever language you use …
Sitra Achra /amygdala/ nefesh beheima/ animal soul / ego / anochius
Exiles / Firefighter / manager parts.
they are all gathering now,
gathering in a summit
now taking place
in your Tiferet point, heart center
your nekuda penimit.
And all for one purpose:
to find and redefine your truest voice
that has been sealed for all these generations
your Eloka mima’al,
For generations,
this part of us—
the glimmers, the netzutzot / sparks
have been a minority
in their own Land within our Soul.
Diminished.
Silenced.
Shamed.
Nearly extinguished.
And now—
as I entrain to the outer noise of the sirens,

presence.

What kind of person do I want to be in these days?
like I asked my Grandma, what was it like to live during the Shoa?
She didn’t answer.
But will I?
Dear Women,
There is a sacred melody,
reaching out to us
NOW
Inviting us in.
We know it in the breath of our bones.
We are vulnerable now—
to the missiles flying overhead erratically
but no,,, there’s a sacred to rhythm, to atmosphere,

that surrounds.
Surrender
We are No longer able to be in control

When Hashem decided to lift the cloud and move to our next station, we follower the cloud. And thats when we elevated. But... says netivot shalom, we need to learn how to BE in the cloud... to discover the NES in the NESAYON!
We are learning together to relate with HaShem differently than the klippot of the Nations
Taught us.
A Destination mentality
believing that success is a destination.
Are we addicted to the idea that the future is where success is, happiness is, deveikut is?
Each passing moment, each station on our journey is merely a ticket to the future?
Are you living in the NOW
in presence and kedusha

WHEN ARE WE GONNA BE THERE?

Are We are permanently dissatisfied.
Searching for the light, The feeling of success, the pursuit of running from failure for thst perfect moment, spouse, relationship, house...
Are we constantly in pursuit of some unattainable oneg / bliss we have no idea how to find because we never stop to smell the roses???

Are we running to the next station
Like the bear who went over the mountain
Just to see... another mountain
Or is it Har Sinai?
Maybe we can embark on this next chapter differently?
Not... Everything will be better soon.

💙 *"RESCUE" FLIGHTS- WHICH WAY? Which way are YOU going? Calev is no longer alone... An entire people now walk in his path.*

Usually, a rescue flight takes people *from* danger *to* safety… But here — a sort of wonder — people are being rescued *from* safety *to* danger. To the place of brotherhood. To the place of courage. To Eretz Yisrael. 🇮🇱

*“אַל תִּירְאוּ אֹתָם כִּי לַחְמֵנוּ הֵם, סָר צִלָּם מֵעֲלֵיהֶם וַה’ אִתָּנוּ, אַל תִּירָאוּם”*
“Do not fear them, for they are our bread. Their protection is removed from them, and the Lord is with us; do not fear them.” (Numbers 14:9)
This is our testimonial from everyone I talk to inTzfat *OUR SAFEROOMS / maamads / miklats have been transformed from places of fear to sacred womb-like spaces of intimate kedusha / connection. I had a visitor (the head of a well-known Yeshiva) here from NY. When the siren rang we all went in the safe room. At first it was a bit awkward to be there with complete strangers. After we got notified on our app that it was safe to leave. He said "Oh NO!!! Do we have to leave? I want to STAY HERE!" This is a makom kodesh.

They told false tales of imaginary dangers — of fortified cities and giant-like natives. (Are WE telling false tales ie. "The __ (education, houses, jobs, food, safety... is not good in Israel")

And it won’t be a true tikun / rectification until it mirrors the sin — and even goes a little beyond.
So yes — is it dangerous here? It is...
*But we are staying. We’re not going anywhere.*👑
But now comes another stage of that rectification. The final spark of it.✨
A hundred thousand Israelis are stuck abroad, applying every possible pressure to return here — To the place where rockets are fired, where there are sirens, where there is danger…
For some reason, they are ignoring the advice of the Minister of Transportation to “keep enjoying their vacation abroad.”
Instead, they practically crashed El Al’s website where registration for return flights is happening.
They’re calling them rescue flights… Usually, a rescue flight takes people *from* danger *to* safety… But here — a sort of wonder — people are being rescued *from* safety *to* danger.
To the place of brotherhood. To the place of courage. To Eretz Yisrael, the Land of Israel. 🇮🇱
*We are experiencing an upside-down world! V’nahafoch Hu!
This is the final rectification of that sin / cheit Hameraglim!
Who has heard such a thing? Who has seen anything like this?
*“אַל תִּירְאוּ אֹתָם כִּי לַחְמֵנוּ הֵם, סָר צִלָּם מֵעֲלֵיהֶם וַה’ אִתָּנוּ, אַל תִּירָאוּם”*

And everything depends on the *Shechinah / Divine Presence* resting upon us — A Presence that flows from love of Israel and unity. AHAVA V'ACHDUS"
That is our nesayon (נס) and the secret...
And the tikkun of the Meraglim.
