The Cerebral Spinal fluid is rising up, from the base of your spine, renewing and clearing every energy center, and when we get to Makat B'Chorot (the plague of the first born) it is clearing all the way up to your KETER / Crown energy center... Your whole tree is refreshed and renewed!!!

  1. 🔴Daam: blood. opening the base of your spine/womb/skin/elimination/digestive system/empty vessel/malchut

  2. 🐸Tzfardaya: frogs. opening the sexual centers/reproductive system/ truth/yesod

  3. 🟤Kinim: lice. opening your left hip and thigh and leg/your immune system/ sincerity; earnestness; innocence/hod

  4. 🐆Arov: wild animals. opening your right hip and thigh and let/ your endocrine system/ confidence/netzach

  5. 🐏Dever: domestic animals get sick. opening your whole heart and emotional body/ heart, lungs, and torso/ muscular system in the body/ mercy;compassion/tiferet

  6. 🟠Shechin: boils. opening your left arm/shoulder/left side of back shoulder/ circulatory system/fear/gevura

  7. ☄️Barad: fiery hail and snowballs. opening your right arm/shoulder/right side of back shoulder/skeletal system/ unconditional love/ chesed

    👑Pharoah: Da'at: Nervous System/back of the neck/throat/connection/connecting mental body and emotional body/ connecting brain and heart and body/ connecting malchut (physical) and Keter (spiritual/non-dual) - union

  8. 🍃Arbeh: locusts. opening your left brain. blood. listening. binah/ discernment/joy / Bina

  9. ⚫️Choshech: darkness. opening of right brain. bone marrow (produces red and white blood cells), chochmah/insightfulness /selflessness / Chochma

  10. 🗯️Makat Bechorot: plague of the firstborn/opening of the crown at the top of the head/respiratory system/ THE WILL TO LIVE/faith, pleasure, Ratzon / will (emunah, oneg, ratzon) / Keter

Now, the cerebral spinal fluid (which is the source of zerah/consciousness/life force/new life) is cleared, purified, whitened, flowing, rising up from the base of the spine, everything is new/cleared/cleansed/healed/flowing/
