Creative Hitbodedut
Breath Painting:
A Workshop by
Rochel Leah Weiman

We will not be the same.
But we can be whole.
We can become vessels.
We can bring light.
Together.

When was the last time you let yourself play with color?
not for a task…
not for an outcome…
but simply to be present with yourself?

This isn’t an art class.
It’s a CIRCLE of women connecting throughour creativity.

ART: Pnina Lehrer

✨ Our Kavana for This Journey

That we may rise from war with clarity and compassion.
That we may process our pain and release what no longer serves.
That our breath and brushstrokes be a zechut for those on the front lines.
That we bring nachat ruach to our Creator and to all of Am Yisrael.

We’ve just emerged from Operation Rising Lion
12 intense days of war with Iran.
But really... we are still in it.
And the shock waves continue… daily

We carry it in our body
breath,
in our nervous systems,
in our dreams.

Some of us have names for it: PTSD, trauma, grief.
Some of us only know that something subtle has shifted.
We are not the same.
We cannot go back to shigra / routine.

And yet—within this chaos and conflict
of the Eitz HaDaas Tov v’Ra
good and evil intertwined — we have a choice.

We can descend...
Or we can rise.

This workshop is an activation of our inner Lioness rising.

It is an offering.
A zechut for our chayalim.
A prayer for the safe return of our hostages.
A healing balm for our broken hearts and splintered worlds.

We gather not to bypass the pain—
but to transform it.
To elevate it.
To create from it.

Why Creative Hitbodedut?

Because with all the conflict and polarity in our country, in our world,
holding onto simcha, hope, and light
can feel beyond our grasp.

But we were created with ratzon — a will.
And hishtokekut — a yearning.
That part of us knows how to hold on tightly
and tap into our creativity, ruach hakodesh... our dreams.

Your chiut, your inner life force,
is waiting to be expressed.
It longs to shine in action that is aligned,
in harmony — tiferet — with your deepest kavanot.

This is the essence of Creative Hitbodedut.

🎨 Painting as Nochachut / Presence

Painting brings you into nochachut / presence.
It transforms the chaos into color.
It’s a healing language
for those who have no words.

🎨 Painting as Prayer / Tefilla

This is hitbodedut with your hands.
A meditation through movement.
A sacred doing that leads to deep being.

🚄 Your Kli Ruchni – Creative Spiritual Vessel

In this course, you’ll learn to paint with your neshima
your own breath
To awaken your connection to:

ahava (love)
Ohr ein sof (Divine infinite light)
shefa (divine abundance)

You will create a sacred painting, a shiviti / kavana
a visual map of intention
that aligns your body, soul & neshama

And in doing so,
you’ll empower yourself to become
an expanded vessel of receiving of light
in a world that so desperately needs it.

Connecting to the Shechina

Through this process,
you’ll tap into your malchut — your inner royalty —
and return to the heichal, the inner palace.
Your Heart center — a place of stillness, safety, and self-encounter.

You will meet the part of yourself
that remembers how to create,
how to love,
how to be whole.

This is the hitchadshut, the new beginning.
