✨ Reflection
Journal what you felt during the deepest breath.
Where in your body did you sense Hashem’s presence most?
Did anything soften? Clarify? Quiet?
Journaling
Inspired by “Tapestry for the Soul” by Yedidah Cohen pg. 180
• Recall a time when you sincerely and altruistically felt joy for someone else—when their joy became yours.
• Write about it in the present tense.
• Relive that joy and know: you are always capable of this.
• Recall a moment of shared simcha—a team effort or communal relief, a shared uplift.
• Breathe. Feel the breath of that relief.
• Write about it in the present, with full detail:
the uplift of spirit (hitromemut haruach / התרוממות הרוח), the colors, the scents, the sounds.
• Breathe several breaths.
• Return to your daily shigra / routine — with this inner light.
• This rishimu— רשימוsacred imprint—is within you.
• Return to it at will, with your daily Avodat Neshima — עבודת נשימה Breath-Work.

MEDITATION
Feel the Ohr Ein Sof entering now—
as gentle,
radiant,
healing.
Feel light.
Whats the message.
Feel Your beauty expanding
“I receive it.”
Ani Mekabel.
Each day of this 28-Day Journey,
we are becoming…
More tender.
More compassionate.
More aware of one another’s hearts.
Lets begin with this kavana:
RIBONO SHEL OLAM
ATA BARATANI
“Hashem, You breathed into me a nishmat chayim.
With each breath, may I return to You.
Help me sense the life You place in me now.”
Do not yet try to change your breath.
Just become aware.
Feel the natural inhale…
Feel the natural exhale…
Notice that you are being breathed.
This breath is not yours.
It is the light of Hashem animating you, this very moment.
Slowly begin to deepen the breath.
Inhale gently through your nose
as if you are receiving Divine light,
a whisper of Ohr Ein Sof into your being.
Exhale slowly and softly,
as if you are offering that breath back—
to Hashem, to the world, to your higher self.
Repeat gently and intentionally:
Inhale — Receive the gift of life.
Exhale — Return to the Source.
Allow your breath to become a sacred rhythm of connection.
With every new inhale,
bring the breath deeper into yourself.
Let it reach past your chest,
into your belly,
into your inner world.
And with each exhale,
release from that deeper place.
“I go in…
I return deeper still…”
This is not about control—
It is about surrendering into awareness.
Remember: The sense of smell is the most spiritual of the senses.
Breathe through your nose with kavod.
Receive breath as if it were a holy ketoret,
a sacred fragrance,
a whisper of Gan Eden.
As you breathe,
visualize the scent of your own neshamah—
a pure fragrance Hashem delights in.
Let the breath guide you
into stillness,
into inner clarity,
into d’veikus.
Stay here for several minutes.
Let the breath become slower,
longer,
quieter.
Listen.
Be with yourself in the innermost chamber.
Feel that you are no longer thinking about Hashem…
You are with Him.
This is the tikkun of sinat chinam—
To feel each other.
To breathe together.
To see the light in each other’s neshama.
To hear the voice in each other’s malchut.
To smell, with our nostrils, the scent of each other’s geula vision.
We each have our portion in this vision.
This is our chelek Eloka mima’al mamash.
Pause.
Breathe.
And take a few moments today
with consciousness
and mesirut nefesh.
This is the meaning of
BREATH-WORK — AVODAT NESHIMA — עבודת נשימה
This takes deep intention—
to entrain to another’s soul
through your breath.
Deeply listen to (another’s) voice,
We are being called
to do this avoda—
for this is a part of the Shechina in galut
that is crying to be heard.
Breathe.
Remembering is geula.
We are all
a chelek Eloka mima’al—
a glimmer of Hashem’s infinite light.
In this narrow time, Bein HaMeitzarim,
we enter a new story…
Post-war, we Lionesses continue to rise.
There is no stopping us.
We do not harden…
We soften.
We no longer break.
We are repairing.
We inhale the Ohr Ein Sof—
the abundance, the shefa, Hashem is waiting to give us—mashpia.
And we exhale…
We are no longer exhaling negativity.
Instead, we exhale the overflowing of light and effluence we receive,
and we share that with others.
Kabel al menat lehashpia — receiving for the sake of giving.
We enter our practice
feeling the constriction—
not with fear or shame (that’s the old story)
but with presence, with love.
“I see you. I hear you. I am engaging with you.”
Like a lioness.
אני לביאה העולה מן האבק
I am a lioness rising up from the dust
Inhale
MALCHUT
Exhale…
With the release of a LIONESS
Again.
Say to that frightened part:
“No longer are you dragging me into the dark tunnel”
I am bringing you up from the dust
Come with me.
And our inner little girl unites with our higher self.
This is a yichud moment.
Breath.
י-ה with ו-ה
Bring this new story
hitchadshut,newness,
to the fear inside us (amigdala = amalek)
See the fear part
This time, holding no judgment or shame
only curiosity.
and rachamim / compassion.
As you breathe deeper…
enjoy the process.
Relax all the limbs of your body
Choose an ayin tov —
a good and gentle eye.
To See her pain.
Choose a higher hearing to
Hear her simcha.
Choose to connect with your capacity to feel each other’s feelings
to Hold her feelings with kavod — with honor and reverence.
With each breath…
Lift Her (the Shechina within Her) with truth and tenderness.
I am transforming.
Hineini
the ratzon lekabel — the will to receive רצון לקבל
exponentially
leaping like a lioness (Optional: Get up and leap and feel your inner lioness)
through your capacity to feel each other’s feelings,
Even jealousy (kin’ah) and envy
can become compassion and ahavah.
Feel the happiness in her joy.
This leads to hakarat hatov—
Gratitude to the Borei, our Creator—
the Source of all life. מקור הכל
In this deveikut.
We connect ourselves Hitkashrut.
to the great abundance
Hashem is waiting to pour down upon us—
when we do this tikkun of Ahavat Yisrael.
Whisper or say:
“Thank You, Hashem, for this breath.
Thank You for returning me to myself.
I am alive in You.”
Open your eyes softly.
Return gently to your day.
Carry the reshimu — the sacred imprint — of this practice within you.
Together,
we are becoming light. 💫
