Visit the resting place of the miracle-worker whose name means “The Light that Shines.” Learn about the power of tzedakah l’ilui nishmato and whisper the ancient segulah: “Eloka d’Meir aneini — God of Meir, answer me.” A moment of personal prayer and reflection opens the heart to the waters of emunah.
✨ Chamei Tiveria — The Hot Springs of Healing
Step into the natural mikvahs of fire and water, where the Talmudic Chachamim once immersed. The Midrash says: “There is no water like that of Tiveria.” Experience a somatic purification meditation — sensing the warmth, buoyancy, and renewal that comes when body and soul reunite in flow.
✨ The Kinneret — The Well of Miriam
Standing by the shoreline, feel the breeze as a song of Miriam rises through the waves. The Kinneret, whose name comes from kinnor (harp), is said to sing with her melody. We pause here for breath and reflection — a guided tefillah and visualization connecting to mayim chayim, the living waters of the heart.
✨ Evening by the Water — Closing Circle
As the sun sets over the lake, we gather for song, journaling, and silent hisbodedus. Here, we integrate the journey — body, water, and word — returning renewed to the Source of Life.
✨ Amuka — The Depths of Ahava / Love
Journey deeper into the forested hills to the resting place of Rabbi Yonatan ben Uziel, the great disciple of Hillel. Tradition teaches that his merit opens channels of zivugim — sacred unions — and blessings of Ahava v’Yesod, love and rooted connection. In this quiet valley, we descend into the depths of Yesod — the wellspring of relationship and Divine flow. A meditation on union and longing invites the heart to align with the will of the Creator in gentle harmony.

WHAT IS BREATHPAINTING?
Breath Painting is a unique meditative art practice that combines Torah, meditation, breath, and color. Instead of focusing on technique or perfection, Breath Painting invites you to let each inhale and exhale guide your brush across the page.
With every breath, a new shade or stroke emerges — reflecting not just your emotions, but the deeper rhythms of your soul. Through this process, painting becomes more than art: it becomes a prayer, a meditation, and a release.
In Breath Painting, your brush is not a tool for control, but an extension of the Infinite Light — Ohr Ein Sof — guided by Hashem. The canvas becomes the open potential to express your soul, to reveal colors and movements that flow from a place beyond the mind.
Breath Painting is rooted in Torah teachings and in Torah HaTzeva — a unique Torah-based color theory developed by Rachel Leah Weiman. Drawing on her background in fine art and her intensive study in NYC with a top color theorist, a student of Josef Albers — the foremost color theorist of the 20th century, Rachel Leah has integrated the classical color knowledge of the three dimensions of color, intertwined with Pnimiut Torah and Chassidic sources. These include the teachings of the Ramak, Rav Kook, and Rav Yitzchak Ginsburgh.
The practice is further grounded in breathwork based on the teachings of the Bilvavi Mishkan Evneh, guiding participants to connect inner breath with Divine awareness.
Emerging out of her past several years of teaching, practicing, and learning Jewish Meditation and Pnimiut Torah, Rachel Leah has woven together these pathways — Torah, meditation, breath, and color — into a sacred creative process that allows each soul to express its inner light.

Who We Are
Rachel Leah Weiman is a teacher of Inner Torah, a professional artist, and the founder of KavConnect and Shaar LNeshama School for Inner Torah. She and her team of co-guides are Torah teachers & artists living and practicing in Tzfat—not just guides, but residents of the Old City, steeped in its holiness, learning, and rhythm.
